Return Process

  Log into your Ink Hub account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
